Regulations of our lodgings at 2 rue de la gare 67410 Drusenheim

Behaviour Rules:

Smoking prohibited: The presence of smell of cigarette/shisha or butts/ ash in the accommodation will result in witholding €150 on the deposit to cover the disinfection and repair costs.

Cleanliness: A condition requiring additional cleaning (e.g. stained bedding, unmade dishes) will be charged 50 €. An unreasonable state of cleanliness will result in a complete withholding of the security.

Animals: The unauthorized presence of animals will result in witholding €150 on the deposit.

Location status:

Recommended video: For your protection, we advise to film the status of the accommodation on arrival and departure.

Damage: Breakdown, loss, or damage to equipment will be charged at the purchase price + 15% per item (min. €5 per item) to cover replacement and management costs.

External installations: The addition of external elements (e.g. inflatable jacuzzi) without prior written agreement will result in a complete withholding of the deposit.

Rules:

Delay of departure: Any delay will be charged €15 per extra hour, from 15 minutes of delay, to compensate for the reorganization of the housekeeping teams.

Number of guests: Any additional unreported guests will result in a full withholding of the deposit.

Refusal of entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry if the number of guests exceeds the capacity or if the sanitary standards are not complied with, without reimbursement to the person responsible for the reservation.

Inappropriate behavior: Any inconvenience (parties, excessive noise, disturbances in the neighborhood) requiring intervention will result in a complete withholding of the fine. Infringements without intervention will be charged €200.

Monitoring: Our accommodations are equipped with "Minut" sensors for noise, number of travellers, and smoke detection. Disabling the sensor for more than an hour will result in a complete withholding of the deposit.

Respect for the environment:

We encourage environmentally sound practices, including waste sorting and resource efficiency.

Cancellation policy for your stay:

Cancellation free of charge: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your expected arrival date. This policy allows you to plan your trip with confidence, knowing that you can change your plans without penalty up to a month in advance.

Partial cancellation: If you have to cancel your stay between 15 and 30 days before your arrival, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount of your stay. This measure takes into account the reduced time to relocate the housing, while offering you some flexibility.

Late cancellation: For cancellations made less than 15 days before your arrival, the full amount of your stay will not be refundable. However, the cleaning costs will be refunded in full. This rule reflects the difficulty of finding new tenants so close to the arrival date.

Change of date of stay: You have the option to change the date of your stay up to 15 days before your originally planned arrival, provided that this change is made only once. The new dates selected must correspond to the equivalent price paid, taking into account price variations between weekdays and weekends.

Keys and Emergencies:

Lost Keys: The loss of keys or access devices is charged €100 to cover the replacement.

In case of emergency, please follow the instructions provided in the accommodation or contact us immediately.
